目的:提高感染管理水平,有效控制医院感染。方法:对我院各高危病区内环境、消毒液、无菌物品等进行采样监测。结果:空气合格率为64-7% ,物体表面、工作人员手合格率分别为78-2 % 、78-1 % ,主要污染菌为表皮葡萄球菌、金葡菌和真菌。结论:认为医院内环境的洁净度直接关系到医院感染发生率。制定有效控制措施,积极预防和控制感染,狠抓各项消毒措施落实,是降低医院感染率的重要环节。
Objective: To improve infection management and effectively control nosocomial infections. Methods: The high-risk ward in our hospital environment, disinfectant, sterile items such as sampling and monitoring. Results: The pass rate of air was 64-7%. The pass rates of the surface and the staff were 78-2% and 78-1% respectively. The main pollutants were Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and fungi. Conclusion: The cleanliness of the hospital environment is directly related to the incidence of nosocomial infections. To formulate effective control measures to actively prevent and control infections and pay close attention to the implementation of various disinfection measures is an important part of reducing the rate of hospital infection.
