目的探讨多发性脑梗死大鼠应用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗后大鼠海马神经递质的变化。方法制备多发性脑梗死大鼠动物模型,将160只健康雄性Wistar大鼠分为4组,研究大鼠海马神经递质在用药前后的改变。结果术后第7天,中药治疗组与模型组相比较,大鼠海马CA1区存活的神经元数量增多明显(P<0.01),NKB阳性神经元百分率明显增高(P<0.01);中药治疗组术后第7天与术后第1天比较,nNOS阳性神经元数量有所减少(P<0.05),NKB阳性神经元百分率显著增高(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤能使多发性脑梗死大鼠海马组织缺血部位有所恢复,对多发性脑梗死的治疗有重要的临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of neurotransmitter in the hippocampus of rats with multiple cerebral infarction after treatment with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. Methods Animal models of multiple cerebral infarction were established. 160 healthy male Wistar rats were divided into four groups. The changes of neurotransmitter in hippocampus of rats were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the model group, the number of neurons surviving in hippocampal CA1 area increased significantly (P <0.01) and the percentage of NKB positive neurons increased significantly (P <0.01) The number of nNOS positive neurons decreased (P <0.05) and the percentage of NKB positive neurons increased significantly (P <0.01) on the 7th day and the first day after operation. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can restore the ischemic area of hippocampus in rats with multiple cerebral infarction, which has important clinical significance for the treatment of multiple cerebral infarction.
