目的：探讨带轴的肘关节单边外固定支架治疗肘关节严重骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法：1997年12月—2006年12月收治15例肘部严重骨折患者进行有限内固定结合带轴外固定支架治疗分析

目的：探讨带轴的肘关节单边外固定支架治疗肘关节严重骨折的治疗方法及疗效。方法：1997年12月—2006年12月收治15例肘部严重骨折患者进行有限内固定结合带轴外固定支架治疗分析。结果：所有的患者随访（8～16）个月,根据Cassebaum法评分标准,优10例,良3例,一般2例,优良率86%,无严重的肘关节并发症的发生。结论：严重的肘部骨折选择恰当的治疗方法和早期功能锻炼,是提高治疗效果的关键。
