以锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷微粒为填料,分别与丙烯酸酯共聚物和环氧树脂复合制得PZT/高分子(PZT/P)复合膜。用驻波管法测定了复合膜的吸声特性。用动态粘弹仪测定了复合膜的阻尼特性。实验结果表明,在声频375~2000Hz范围内,在聚合物中加入PZT微粒并使其极化产生压电性,可使其吸声性能增加。动态粘弹实验结果表明,压电阻尼效应还取决于产生的电荷能否及时被消耗
PZT / PZT / P composite films were prepared by compounding PZT piezoelectric ceramic particles with acrylate copolymer and epoxy resin respectively. The sound absorption characteristics of the composite membrane were measured by standing wave tube method. The dynamic viscoelasticity was used to measure the damping properties of the composite membrane. The experimental results show that the PZT particles are added to the polymer in the frequency of 375-2000 Hz and polarized to produce piezoelectricity, which can increase the sound absorption performance. Dynamic viscoelastic experiment results show that the piezoelectric damping effect also depends on whether the generated charge can be consumed in time
