大剂量阿糖胞甙(HD Ara-c)治疗脑膜白血病的临床报道比较少见,而药物动力学研究揭示了大剂量用药中与用药后的脑脊液(CSF)有效浓度。本文报道顽固性或复发性急性自血病14例,用HD Ara-c的治疗结果,其中脑膜白血病2例,2例中1例无中枢神经系统(CNS)白血病。HDAra-c(3克/米~2,12小时1次共12次)治疗6天内检测CSF与血清Ara-c及Ara-u值。治疗第3、第6天静脉滴注3小时结束
