目的为早期治愈探通无效的先天性鼻泪管阻塞设计一种简易双泪小管鼻插硅胶管术。方法利用７号腰穿针将２条３／０丝线分别经上下泪小管穿过泪—鼻道，在丝线牵拉下将外径０６５ｍｍ带引线的硅胶管两端分别穿过上下泪小管、泪囊、鼻泪管达鼻道。结果治疗５７眼反复探通无效的先天性鼻泪管阻塞，随访６～５７月，成功率８２５％。结论此术主要优点是操作简便，疗效好，易于推广。
Objective To design a simple double canal puncture nasal cannula silicone tube for the early cure of exploration of inefficient congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Two 7/0 lumbar needles were inserted into the tear-nasal passages through the upper and lower lacrimal canaliculi respectively. The two ends of the silicone tube with the outer diameter of 0.65 mm were pulled through the upper and lower lacrimal duct , Lacrimal sac, nasolacrimal duct up to the nasal passages. Results The treatment of 57 consecutive exploration ineffective congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, followed up from 6 to 57 months, the success rate of 82 5%. Conclusion The main advantage of this technique is easy to operate, good curative effect and easy to popularize.
