1989年12月8日—9日,中国世界经济学会和世界经济与政治研究所在京联合召开了为期两天的世界经济形势讨论会。来自北京和外地的50多位专家、学者,以及从事世界经济的科研、教学人员参加了会议。讨论中,大家畅所欲言,各抒已见,对1989年的世界经济形势和1990年以及整个90年代的全球经济发展,进行了回顾与展望。我们选取了部分与会者的发言予以发表,以飨读者。
From December 8 to December 8, 1989, the China World Economic Society and the Institute of World Economics and Politics jointly convened a two-day seminar on the world economic situation in Beijing. More than 50 experts and scholars from Beijing and other places as well as scientific research and teaching personnel engaged in the world economy attended the conference. During the discussion, everyone spoke freely and expressed his opinions on the world economic situation in 1989 and the global economic development in 1990 and throughout the 1990s. We selected some of the participants to make their speeches available to readers.
