改革开放以来,各省市、部门以至全国开展了优秀科技期刊评比活动,促进了科技期刊要重视保证政治质量,学术质量和编辑出版质量,注重社会效益、经济效益,推动了我国科技期刊出版事业进一步繁荣。一些获奖期刊编辑部得到了本部门的重视和相应的奖励,但许多获奖期刊编辑部除获得奖状、证书外,再未得到其它相应的奖励和待遇,因而未能达到全面调动编辑人员积极性的效果。为什么会出现这些情况呢?其主要原因是优秀科技期刊奖未能作为对编辑人员创造性劳动成果的奖励来对待。奖励科技
Since the reform and opening up, all provinces, cities and departments as well as the whole country have carried out activities of appraising excellent sci-tech periodicals and promoting sci-tech periodicals to attach importance to ensuring political quality, academic quality, editing and publishing quality, paying attention to social and economic benefits, and promoting the publishing of sci-tech periodicals in China prosperity. Some award-winning periodical editorial departments received the attention of their respective departments and corresponding rewards. However, many award-winning periodical editorial departments failed to obtain other corresponding rewards and benefits except for obtaining certificates and certificates, thus failing to achieve the effect of fully mobilizing the editors’ enthusiasm .
