本文对气缸式尾翼稳定装置的活塞.尾翼片的工作过程导出微分方程,并给出剪切圈抗力的经验式、引用气流的一些方程做补充,组成微分方程系.和用电子计算机解出活塞、尾翼片工作过程各参量——气室压力(P_k)、气室内气体比内能(u_k)、气室内气体重量(j)与时间的关系:活塞位移(x)、速度(d_x/dt)加速度(d~2_x/dt~2)与时间的关系;尾翼片角位移(β)、角速度(dβ/dt)、角加速度(d~2β/dt~2)与时间的关系等曲线.借以分析工作过程.选择剪切圆尺寸和气孔尺寸,验算稳定装置各有关另件的强度等.
In this paper, differential equations are derived for the working process of the piston-tail fin of the stabilizer for aero-engine tail rotor, and empirical formulas for shear resistance are given. Some equations of the airstream are supplemented to make up the differential equations, and the piston is solved by a computer (P_k), internal gas specific energy (u_k), gas indoor gas weight (j) versus time: piston displacement (x), speed (dx / dt) acceleration (d ~ 2_x / dt ~ 2) versus time, the relationship between the angular displacement (β), angular velocity (dβ / dt) and angular acceleration (d ~ 2β / dt ~ 2) Select the shear circle size and pore size, check the strength of the stability of the other pieces of the other pieces.
