针对常规油田污水处理工艺不适应含聚合物污水的实际问题,分析了某污水站处理工艺对水质的影响,研究了曝氧在提高混配聚合物黏度的技术适应性,认为污水处理工艺和技术不满足新的水质要求是主要原因。通过研究形成了提升污水水质的技术方案。经过工艺改造和曝氧技术的应用实现了水质达标的目标,有效控制油田回注聚合物用水中Fe2+含量,井口聚合黏度提高10%以上,满足了油田开发要求。
