近年来,在保险行业激烈的市场竞争中,劳动争议案件数量的增加和复杂程度的加剧,逐渐暴露出了行业内一些管理弊端。在雇主与劳动者共同参与的经济活动中,由于两者的出发点和着眼点不同,所代表的利益一般也不同,难免会出现矛盾、摩擦,是为劳动争议。就保险来说,在工作中,如果保险公司与员工发生了劳动争议,双方难免会产生隔阂,不论争议严重性的大小,都会对正常的工作产生影响。一旦劳动争议的不当处理成为普遍问题,便会严重影响企业甚至整个行业的发展。
