目的 探讨 1,6 二磷酸果糖 (FDP)对缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)新生儿预后的改善及保护作用。方法 符合入选条件的12 4例HIE患儿随机分为FDP组和对照组各 62例。对照组用常规治疗 ,FDP组在常规治疗的基础上于生后 48h内加用FDP 2 5 0mg/(kg·d) ,3 0min内静脉滴注完 ,连用 7d。所有患儿日龄 12~ 14d和 2 6~ 2 8d行新生儿行为神经评分 (NBNA) ;6个月龄时行智测检查。结果 中、重度HIE ,FDP组两次NBNA评分和智能发育评估均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 早期给予FDP能明显改善中重度HIE患儿预后
Objective To investigate the effect of fructose 1,6 diphosphate (FDP) on the prognosis of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Forty-two HIE children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups (n = 62 in each group) and the control group (n = 62). The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The FDP group was given FDP 250 mg / (kg · d) within 48 hours after birth on the basis of routine treatment. The intravenous drip in 30 minutes was used in the FDP group for 7 days. All patients had neonatal behavioral neurological score (NBNA) at 12-14 days and 2-6-8 days, and their IQ tests at 6 months of age. Results In the severe HIE and FDP groups, NBNA score and intelligence development assessment were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Early administration of FDP can significantly improve the prognosis of children with moderate-severe HIE
