桥梁钻孔灌注桩因其无振动、无挤土、噪音小等优点被广泛应用。由于其工艺要求高,环节多,尤其是施工队伍的素质、技术装备等不同,桩的施工质量参差不齐。根据钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺流程,影响桩基工程的主要环节有测量定位、泥浆质量、桩径及垂直控制,持力层及终孔深度,沉渣厚度的控制,混凝土浇注等。
Bored piles of bridges are widely used for their advantages of no vibration, no soil compaction, low noise and so on. Due to its high technological requirements, many links, especially the quality of construction teams, technical equipment, etc., the uneven quality of the pile construction. According to the construction process of the bored pile, the main links affecting the pile foundation engineering are measurement positioning, mud quality, pile diameter and vertical control, holding layer and final hole depth, control of sediment thickness and concrete pouring.
