利用OM、EDS、SEM等对焊丝用冷轧带钢生产过程中出现的条块状缺陷进行了表面形貌分析,并用显微硬度计测试硬度,研究了缺陷的形成原因并提出相应整改措施。结果表明,带钢表层的粗晶组织是在热轧工序中形成的,在后续冷轧过程中,粗晶区和细晶区交界部位形成应力集中,以及晶界处硫化物等夹杂富集是导致表面开裂和出现条块状缺陷的主要原因。通过焊丝钢成分调整、热轧温度及卷取工艺的控制,条块状缺陷基本消失。
The OMM, EDS and SEM were used to analyze the surface morphology of the strip-shaped defects during the cold-rolled strip production. The hardness of the strip was measured with a microhardness tester. The cause of the defects was also studied and corresponding rectification measures were proposed. The results show that the coarse grain microstructure of the strip surface is formed in the hot rolling process. In the subsequent cold rolling process, the stress concentration is formed at the interface between the coarse grain and the fine grain, and the inclusion and sulfide concentration in the grain boundary is Leading to surface cracking and bar-like defects appear the main reason. Through the wire steel composition adjustment, hot rolling temperature and coiling process control, the strip-like defects disappeared.
