以对比研究的方法,应用成焦板试验、热管氧化试验等手段考察了传统的溶剂精制工艺生产的基础油和加氢异构脱蜡工艺生产的基础油的高温清净性及添加剂作用规律,并对油品在成焦过程中的抗氧化性能、总碱值以及沉积物的结构组成变化进行了研究。结果表明:结构组成不同导致两种基础油高温清净性和添加剂感受性存在显著差异;两种基础油在成焦过程中的抗氧化性能和添加剂消耗表现出各自的规律性;实验结果和FT-IR分析表明金属盐类(包括清净剂析出的碳酸盐)和反应过程中生成的羧酸盐类和硫酸盐在成焦过程中都会沉积在金属表面。
By means of comparative study, using the methods of coke board test and heat pipe oxidation test, the high temperature detergency and additive action law of the base oil produced by the traditional solvent refining process and the base oil produced by the hydroisomerization dewaxing process were investigated. The oxidation resistance, total base number and the change of sediment structural composition of oil during coke formation were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the high-temperature detergency of the two kinds of base oils and the sensibility of additives when the composition of the two kinds of base oils was different. The oxidation resistance and additive consumption of the two kinds of base oil showed their own regularity. The experimental results and FT- The analysis shows that the metal salts (including the precipitated carbonate of the detergent) and the carboxylates and sulfates generated during the reaction will deposit on the metal surface during coke formation.
