LTE切换成功率是运营商重点考核的三大指标之一,作为后台人员,在处理Top坏小区的时候,不可能每次都要求前台去复测重现、分析信令,因此如何在没有前台测试数据支持下,从各种网管统计数据中交叉分析互相印证、判断低切换成功率的原因并加以解决是KPI分析人员必备的技能之一。本文从切换的统计点、信令流程、数据分析及常见问题环节几个方面对切换成功率进行全方位的分析。
Success rate of LTE handover is one of the three major indicators of the operator’s key assessment. As a background staff, it is impossible to require the foreground to repeatedly measure and reproduce and analyze the signaling when dealing with the top bad cell. Therefore, in the absence of a foreground Test data support, from a variety of network management statistics cross-validated each other to determine the reasons for the success rate of low switching and solve them is one of the necessary skills KPI analysts. This article analyzes handover success rate in all aspects from the statistical points of switching, signaling flow, data analysis and common problems.
