我们自１９８８年１月～１９９７年６月，共收治３２例Ａｒｎｏｌｄｃｈｉａｒｉ畸形并脊髓空洞症病人，其中１８例获得随访，现分析如下。１ 临床资料１－１ 一般资料 本组１８例，男１０例，女８例；年龄１２～５７岁，平均３１－５岁；病程１个月～２５ａ，平均５ａ。
