基于甘肃地区半刚性基层沥青路面横向裂缝严重的现状,对该地区半刚性基层沥青路面温度场以及温度应力进行分析;借助ANSYS有限元软件,对甘肃地区常见的半刚性基层沥青路面结构建立三维有限元模型,并施加气温和太阳辐射等热荷载,求解得出甘肃半刚性基层沥青路面温度场以及温度应力的变化规律,为甘肃地区半刚性基层沥青路面结构的设计提供一些参考意见。结果表明:沥青面层厚度的变化对沥青路面温度场合温度应力的影响较大;沥青层顶和层底的温度差随着面层厚度增加逐渐增大,而沥青层温度分布梯度随着面层厚度的增加逐渐减小;沥青面层越厚,沥青层上半部分温度应力扩散的越快,沥青层下半部分温度应力扩散的越慢。
Based on the serious situation of transverse cracks in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in Gansu, the temperature field and temperature stress of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in this area are analyzed. By means of ANSYS finite element software, the three-dimensional finite element Element model and applied the thermal load such as air temperature and solar radiation, the variation law of temperature field and temperature stress of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in Gansu was solved to provide some references for the design of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure in Gansu. The results show that the change of asphalt surface thickness has a great influence on the temperature stress of asphalt pavement. The temperature difference between asphalt layer top and bottom increases with the increase of surface thickness, The thickness of asphalt layer decreases gradually; the thicker the asphalt surface layer, the faster the temperature stress spread in the upper part of the asphalt layer, and the slower the temperature stress spread in the lower part of the asphalt layer.
