在CTAB/正己烷/正丁醇/水(W/O)四元反相微乳液体系中原位聚合制备了铜掺杂氧化锌/聚吡咯(CZ/PPy)纳米复合物.用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱仪和紫外-可见光谱仪分别表征了样品的结构、形貌和光谱学性能;以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)为测试菌株研究了样品的抗菌活性.结果表明PPy包覆在CZ粒子表面形成了核-壳结构的CZ/PPy复合物,PPy链与CZ纳米粒子之间存在一定的相互作用;复合物的抗菌性能优于CZ,且抗菌活性随着CZ含量的增加而增大.
Copper-doped zinc oxide / polypyrrole (CZ / PPy) nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polymerization in CTAB / n-hexane / n-butanol / water (W / , Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure, morphology and spectroscopic properties of the samples. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans (Candida albicans) was used to test the antibacterial activity of the samples.The results showed that PPy coated with CZ particles formed a core-shell structure of CZ / PPy complex, PPy chains and CZ nanoparticles have some interaction; The antibacterial activity of the composite is better than CZ, and the antibacterial activity increases with the increase of CZ content.
