卫办应急发〔2011〕118号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局、食品药品监管局,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局、食品药品监管局,中国疾病预防控制中心:近期,食物中毒事件在我国各地时有发生,严重危害公众健康,有的甚至造成较大人员伤亡和重大社会影响。为规范和指导各地卫生部门和食品药品监管部门进一步做好食物中毒预防控制和应急处置工作,现通知如下:一、加强领导,落实各项责任各地要充分认识做好食物中毒预防控制和应急处置工作的重要性,从保护人民群众身心健康和生命安全、维护社会和谐稳定的高度出发,切实加强领导,认真部署落实各项工作措施;要按照《食品安全法》、《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》及
