西北探矿机械厂生产的ZFL-146型反循环钻杆(见附图),由钻杆体(1)和联接盘(2)组焊而成。钻杆体和联接盘所用材质分别是45MnB和45钢。每次施焊后,都会不等数量地出现裂纹,而未能及时发现的,在使用中常引起事故。经观察,研究确定:属延迟裂纹。随后提出了打止裂孔、安全孔等一系列措施,都未能很好地解决该问题。最后决定对45MnB和45钢进行焊接性分析。
ZFL-146 Reverse Circulation Drill Pipe produced by Northwest Prospecting Machinery Plant (see attached drawing) is welded by the drill pipe body (1) and the coupling plate (2). The materials used for the drill body and the coupling plate are 45MnB and 45 steel, respectively. After each welding process, cracks will occur in varying amounts. Failure to discover them in time often causes accidents during use. After observation, the study confirmed that: is a delayed crack. A series of measures such as cracking holes and safety holes were subsequently proposed, all of which failed to solve this problem. The final decision was made to analyze the weldability of 45MnB and 45 steel.
