目的研究慈竹提取物对大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响。方法采用离体心脏灌流法、垂体后叶素致心肌缺血及结扎冠状动脉致心肌缺血的方法。结果慈竹提取物可使大鼠离体心脏灌流量增加、心率减慢、心肌收缩力减弱,减少垂体后叶素所致心肌缺血的发生率,减少结扎冠状动脉所致心电图J点的偏移。结论慈竹提取物对大鼠急性心肌缺血的心脏有保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of Ci-xi extract on acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Methods of isolated cardiac perfusion, vasopressin-induced myocardial ischemia and coronary artery ligation-induced myocardial ischemia. Results Ciye extract can increase isolated rat heart perfusion, slow heart rate, decreased myocardial contractility, reduce the incidence of pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia, and reduce the coronary artery ligation induced J point partial shift. Conclusion The extract of cili bamboo has a protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
