The authors examined the location of early carious lesions on 236 men and women aged 9 to 32 and 255 isolated teeth and their relationship to plaque. Show that the permanent molar occlusal surface central gap and distal gap and the adjacent surface of the gingival contact is the most sensitive sites. These early lesions have a significant dependence on plaque. This relationship is particularly prominent in women. In addition, when examining the relationship between the early damage and the contact of 277 ex-dental necks, it was found that 84.48% of the affected gingival implants at the contact points indirectly demonstrated the significance of the dental caries in the plaque accumulation part. The microscopic observation of 120 point gap grooves of 99 molars showed that the early carious lesions of the point gap groove occurred mainly at the bottom.
