采用溶胶-凝胶合成、离子交换、溶剂交换、CO2超临界干燥技术制备了2,4-二羟基苯甲酸钯-甲醛有机气凝胶,并经1050℃高温碳化处理得到其碳气凝胶,获得了最高理论密度为21%、最低理论密度为2%的气凝胶,发现随着溶液浓度的降低和酸性的增强,气凝胶的凝胶时间延长。采用热重分析、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱对样品进行了分析,观察了掺钯前后其断面形貌,掺钯后碳气凝胶中除具有碳的微晶外,还具有明显的晶体峰。
The organo-airgel 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid-formaldehyde was prepared by sol-gel synthesis, ion exchange, solvent exchange and CO2 supercritical drying. The carbon airgel was obtained by carbonization at 1050 ℃, The aerogels with the highest theoretical density of 21% and the lowest theoretical density of 2% were obtained. It was found that the gelation time of the aerogels was prolonged with the decrease of solution concentration and acidity. The samples were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.
