介绍一种新型GFRP-混凝土组合桥面板的设计思路、设计过程以及进行的单跨简支板的抗弯试验研究情况。首先以GFRP-混凝土组合单跨简支板为研究对象,通过抗弯试验得到了一系列荷载-跨中挠度、荷载-跨中混凝土应变、荷载-纤维应变关系曲线。其次通过两种材料界面的滑移以及相应的对比分析,研究了GFRP-混凝土组合桥面板在改变混凝土强度等级和混凝土板厚等参数情况下,试验构件的受力性能变化情况。试验研究表明:GFRP-混凝土组合桥面板在正常使用阶段,能够充分发挥两种材料各自的优势,组合效果良好;相对于传统的钢筋混凝土桥面板和全GFRP桥面板,GFRP-混凝土组合桥面板在承载力、刚度和延性方面,都表现出其优越和独特的受力特点。
The design method, design process and bending test of single GFRP-reinforced concrete composite deck are introduced. Firstly, a series of single-span GFRP-concrete composite single-span slabs are taken as the research object, and a series of curves of load-span mid-span deflection, load-span middle concrete strain and load- Secondly, through the sliding of the interface between the two materials and the corresponding comparative analysis, the change of the mechanical properties of GFRP-concrete composite bridge deck under the condition of changing the concrete strength grade and the concrete slab thickness is studied. The experimental results show that the GFRP-concrete composite bridge deck can give full play to its advantages and the combination effect is good during the normal use stage. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete bridge deck and full GFRP bridge deck, GFRP- Bearing capacity, stiffness and ductility, have shown its superior and unique characteristics of the force.
