从建立空管技术装备的故障等级预警的必要性分析入手,通过对故障等级及预警等级划分和故障等级预警模式的建立,探讨了设备管理部门对同一种设备故障按照故障部件和影响程度对故障进行分级管理,使用部门建立相同设备不同故障等级下的应急处置机制,并按照不同故障等级启动相应等级的应急处置预案,避免了不论什么故障都采取千篇一律的应急处置预案而造成的被动工作局面。文中还以气象雷达故障等级预警及工作程序为例,就如何建立空管技术装备故障等级预警模式下的工作程序进行了细致说明。
Beginning with the necessity of establishing the early-warning of the level of the air-tube technology and equipment, through the establishment of the classification of the level of the accident and the classification of the early-warning and the establishment of the early-warning mode of the level of the failure, the article discusses the ways in which the equipment management department treats the failure of the same kind of equipment according to the failure part and the degree of influence Level management of the same equipment to establish emergency response mechanism under the same failure level of the same equipment, and start the appropriate level of contingency plans in accordance with different levels of failure, to avoid the passive work situation caused by the adoption of stereotyped contingency plans no matter what the fault. This paper also takes the weather radar fault level warning and working procedure as an example, and elaborates on how to establish the working procedure under the early warning mode of the fault of the air traffic control technology and equipment.
