当前社会矛盾触点增多、燃点降低,维护社会稳定任务繁重,在反贪执法办案过程中建立和完善办案风险评估机制,是检察机关落实三项重点工作、从源头上化解社会矛盾的一项重要的制度建设。本文拟从反贪办案风险评估机制的价值出发,结合基层反贪工作实际,就如何开展反贪办案风险评估、预警、化解工作进行分析和探讨。
At present, the number of social conflicts and contacts has increased, the ignition point has been reduced, the task of safeguarding social stability has been arduous, and establishing and perfecting the risk assessment mechanism for case handling in the process of anti-corruption law enforcement has become an important issue for procuratorial organs in implementing three key tasks and resolving social conflicts from the source System construction. Based on the value of risk assessment mechanism of anti-corruption cases and combined with the actual work of grassroots anti-corruption work, this article intends to analyze and discuss how to carry out risk assessment, early warning and resolution of anti-corruption cases.
