春小麦杂合体理化诱变损伤程度指标的研究

应用2因素2次重复的处理设计,分析了新疆春小麦2个组合(Ⅰ新春2号/761和ⅡPavon/761)F_1杂种的出苗率、成活率和结实率对理化因素损伤的敏感性和相互 关系。结果表明:两组合3个性状对~(60)Coγ射线的敏感性均达极显著水平。而对化学诱变剂秋水仙素的敏感性存在差异,仅组合Ⅰ的成活率和组合Ⅱ的成活率和结实率达显著水平。两种诱变因子的交互作用,仅组合Ⅱ的出苗率和成活率达显著和极显著水平。相关分析表明,3个性状两两之间皆存在极显著的正相关。狭义遗传力:出苗率>结实率>成活率。表明3个性状皆可以衡量γ射线的损伤程度。成活率作为化学诱变剂的损伤指标较好。而衡量交互作用的损伤程度,出苗率和成活率皆可,但以狭义遗传力较大的出苗率较好。 Using two factors and two replicates, the sensitivity and relationship between the emergence rate, survival rate and seed setting rate of physical and chemical factors of F_1 hybrids of two spring wheat combinations (Ⅰ Xinchun 2/761 and ⅡPavon / 761) were analyzed. . The results showed that the sensitivity of the two combinations of three traits to ~ (60) Coγ-rays reached extremely significant levels. However, the sensitivity to chemical mutagen colchicine was different. Only the survival rate of combination Ⅰ and the survival rate and seed setting rate of combination Ⅱ reached significant level. The interaction between the two mutagenic factors, only the combination of Ⅱ emergence rate and survival rate reached significant and extremely significant level. Correlation analysis showed that there were extremely significant positive correlations among the three traits. Narrow heritability: emergence rate> seed setting rate> survival rate. All these three traits can be used to measure the degree of γ-ray damage. Survival rate as a chemical mutagen damage indicators better. However, the degree of injury, the rate of emergence and the rate of survival, which are measured by the interaction, are all good, but in the narrow sense, the germination rate of the larger heritability is better.
