目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)基因表达与糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿产生的相关性。②方法 观察 2型糖尿病病人 (包括有和无微量蛋白尿者 )外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中MMP 9的mRNA表达情况 ,并进行半定量分析。③结果 有微量蛋白尿的糖尿病病人PBMC中MMP 9的mRNA表达较无微量蛋白尿者及正常对照组明显增高 ,差异均有极显著意义 (F =10 8.2 5 ,q =6 .36 ,2 0 .11,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 PBMC中MMP 9mRNA的异常表达可能与 2型糖尿病微量蛋白尿产生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) and microalbuminuria in diabetic nephropathy. Methods The mRNA expression of MMP 9 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of type 2 diabetic patients (including those with and without microalbuminuria) was observed and semi-quantitatively analyzed. Results The mRNA expression of MMP 9 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of diabetic patients with microalbuminuria was significantly higher than those without microalbuminuria and normal controls (F = 10 8.2 5, q = 6.36, 20 .11, P <0 .0 1). ④ Conclusion The abnormal expression of MMP 9 mRNA in PBMC may be related to the production of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
