目的 :探索一种通过内镜治疗上消化道息肉的新方法———镜下弹性胶圈结扎治疗术 ,并观察和评价其临床疗效。方法 :采用透明胶圈结扎器 ,通过胃镜实施治疗操作 ,将弹性胶圈准确无误地结扎至息肉基底部致缺血坏死脱落。结果 :治疗上消化道带蒂或无蒂型息肉 10 0例 ( 115枚 )全部获得成功。对直径 <1.5cm息肉110枚一次性成功率及根治率均达 10 0 % ;对 5枚 >1.5cm息肉 ,需分次结扎 2～ 3次达到治愈。 10 0例均未发生任何并发症及不良作用。结论 :本法设备简便、操作方便安全、疗效确切可靠、无任何并发症、且在门诊即可开展 ,为临床治疗息肉开辟了又一新的治疗方法。
Objective: To explore a new method of endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal polyps - elastic ring rubber ligation treatment, and observe and evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods: Using a transparent apron ligation device, through the endoscopic treatment of the operation, the elastic apron accurate ligation to the polyp base of the Department of ischemic necrosis. Results: All 100 cases (115) of pedicle or pedunculated polyps were successfully treated. On the diameter of <1.5cm polyps 110 one-time success rate and cure rate reached 100%; for 5> 1.5cm polyps, need to sub-ligation 2 or 3 times to achieve cure. All 10 cases did not have any complications and adverse effects. Conclusion: The method is simple, safe and convenient operation, reliable and reliable effect, without any complications, and can be carried out in the clinic for the clinical treatment of polyps opened up yet another new treatment.
