MZ-12型煤电钻是我厂的主导产品,也是国家银牌产品。媒电钻各零部件的质量要求比较高,其中定、转子冲片的数量多、要求高。要求其冲槽模在试模中冲片毛刺不大于0.05mm,冲片数量不少于12000片,考核寿命不低于60万次。1984年以前,我厂的定、转子冲槽模具(凸、凹模基体为C_r12合金工具钢)一般寿命在50～60万次左右,全年需定子冲片500万片,需冲槽模具6～10套,在制造上很难满足生产上的需要。近年来,我们通过加强管理,
