我国古代青铜器铸造技术水平之高超,使得中外专家学者们赞叹不己。至今,还有相当数量的青铜器,其制作工艺仍然是不解之谜。一、古陶范的技术水平要制作器形雄伟、纹饰精致、形状复杂的铸件,首要条件是造型材料要符合工艺和使用要求。按现代的观点,造型材料应具备足够的干、湿强度,足够的可塑性、透气性和耐火度,要有足够低的高温退让性和低的发气率,具有良好的溃散性,等等。笔者曾对在山西侯马市出土的春秋(公元前770年——前476年)晋国铸造遗址的铸型——陶范
