对于煤炭企业来说,人力资源是最宝贵的财富,只有做好人力资源管理工作,才能在优化当前人力资源结构的基础上,为企业带来更大的效益,吸引到更多优秀的人才,然而当前在人力资源管理工作中仍然存在着很大的不足,在社会不断发展进步下,煤炭企业要想得到更好的发展,就要结合自身人力资源管理现状进行一定的创新。本文就在分析煤炭企业人力资源管理现状的基础上,提出几点煤炭企业人力资源管理创新策略。
For coal enterprises, human resources are the most valuable asset. Only by doing a good job of human resources management, can we bring greater benefits to the enterprises and attract more outstanding talents on the basis of optimizing the current human resources structure. However, there are still a lot of shortcomings in the work of human resources management. Under the continuous development of society, if coal enterprises want to get better development, some innovations should be made in the light of the current situation of human resource management. Based on the analysis of the status quo of human resources management in coal enterprises, this paper puts forward some innovative strategies of human resources management in coal enterprises.
