依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家,是中国共产党执政方式和国家治理方式的重大发展。全面推进依法治国,丝毫不意味着削弱党的领导,而必须始终坚持中国共产党的领导。坚持中国共产党的领导,把党的领导贯彻到依法治国全过程和各方面,这是我国社会主义法治建设的一条基本经验,也是全面推进依法治国必须始终坚持的基本要求。全面推进依法治国,必须健全党领导依法治国的制度和工作机制,完善保证党确定依法治国方针政策和决策部署的工作机制和程序。 Governing the country according to law and building a socialist country governed by the law are major developments in the way in which the CPC takes power and in the way in which the state administers it. To uphold the leadership of the CPC and to carry out the party’s leadership in the entire process and in all aspects of governing the country according to law is a basic experience in building the socialist rule of law in our country and a basic requirement that we must always adhere to in order to comprehensively promote the principle of governing the country according to law. To comprehensively promote governing the country according to law, we must perfect the system and working mechanism for the party to lead the administration of the country according to law, and improve the working mechanism and procedures for ensuring that the party determines the principles, policies, and plans and arrangements for governing the country according to law.
