1955年Buonocore提出用酸处理牙釉面以增进它与树脂粘合强度的方法,目前临床上巳广泛地被采用。对其作用机理,一般认为酸处理后的釉面与树脂有物理性的粘合增强作用,有的学者认为也有化学性的粘合增强作用。本实验通过对牙釉质进行不同时间的酸处理后,用扫描电子显微镜来观察其表面形态变化的特征,另通过它与树脂粘合的电镜观察,来探讨两者粘合的物理性增强作用,并就临床上酸处理时间的长短及树脂材料的性能等问题进行讨论。
1955 Buonocore put forward the use of acid treatment of tooth enamel to increase its resin adhesion strength of the method has now been widely used clinically. The mechanism of action is generally believed that glazed acid treatment and resin have a physical bond to enhance the role of some scholars believe that there are chemical bonding enhancement. In this experiment, the enamel was treated with acid at different time, the surface morphology of the enamel was observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the adhesion between the two enamel and the resin was observed by electron microscopy. The clinical treatment of acid and the length of the resin material properties and other issues are discussed.
