本文介绍了一种使用微机IBM计算非晶材料径向分布函数简单快速的程序。本程序使用编译BASIC语言,有较快的计算速度、较高的制表、绘图能力;所有的实验数据,通过微机与衍射仪的联机,直接从实验中得到(也可手工输入);运算中所需的各种参数,如合金元素的原子散射因子、非相干散射因子等,事先存入文件中,运算时计算机根据元素的原子序数而自动提取;本程序使用了高角法、UTIK法;适用于由1~20种合金元素组成的非晶材料,也适用于非晶薄膜、非晶薄带等多种试样。
This article presents a quick and easy program to calculate the radial distribution of amorphous materials using a microcomputer, IBM. This program uses the BASIC language compiler, faster computing speed, high watchmaking, graphics capabilities; all the experimental data, through the computer and the diffractometer on-line, directly from the experiment (but also manually input); computing The required parameters such as the atomic scattering factor of alloy elements, non-coherent scattering factor, etc. are stored in the file in advance, and the computer is automatically extracted according to the atomic number of the element during the calculation. The program uses the high angle method and the UTIK method. In 1 to 20 kinds of alloying elements composed of amorphous materials, but also for amorphous thin films, amorphous ribbons and other samples.
