应用光谱学技术研究了新型抗真菌剂TTS-12抗白念珠菌的作用机制,结果红外光谱图变化不明显,拉曼光谱结果提示TTS-12主要影响白念珠菌脂质和碳水化合物两大主要成分,并与两性霉素B作用机制类似,提示TTS-12可能通过影响白念珠菌细胞膜脂质合成发挥抗真菌作用。
The mechanism of antifungal activity of TTS-12 against Candida albicans was studied by using the spectroscopic technique. The results showed that there was no significant change in the infrared spectrum. The results of Raman spectroscopy suggested that TTS-12 mainly affects the two main types of Candida albicans lipids and carbohydrates Which is similar to the mechanism of action of amphotericin B, suggesting that TTS-12 may play an anti-fungal effect by affecting the lipid membrane synthesis of Candida albicans.
