由于金属物体的反射系数趋近于“1”,故在自然环境中,金属物体的辐射能量除与自身温度有关的辐射外,主要是反射天空的辐射能量.天空的低温使处于自然背景中的金属目标呈“冷目标特性”,而地物背景(包括各种植被)皆为辐射系数较大的“灰体”.利用金属目标与地物背景的亮度温度差对金属物体进行无源探测,通过合理的工程设计,将所测得的亮度温度差经过分析和逻辑处理,用于小型反坦克武器,导弹的末制导,金属地雷的探测等.本文通过对工程应用中辐射计的测量角、波束填充系数、工作距离之间关系的分析研究,提出一些看法.
