内部控制管理是现代企业管理中的重要手段,对保障制药企业的进一步安全规范的发展有着重要的作用。随着我国制药产业的发展和国内药品市场的不断整合,提高制药企业的管理能力是当前制药企业提高自身实力和市场综合竞争能力的关键。然而,从内部控制管理角度上来看,我国制药企业内部控制管理工作中还存在着很多不完善的地方,本文结合企业中常见的内部控制管理问题,就制药企业内部控制管理的完善做了相关探讨。
Internal control management is an important means in modern enterprise management and plays an important role in ensuring the further development of safety regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. With the development of China’s pharmaceutical industry and the continuous integration of the domestic pharmaceutical market, improving the management capacity of pharmaceutical companies is the key to the current pharmaceutical companies to enhance their own competitiveness and market competitiveness. However, from the perspective of internal control management, there are still many imperfections in the internal control and management of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country. In this paper, we discuss the improvement of the internal control and management of pharmaceutical companies in light of the common problems of internal control management .
