本文就浙江省主要的丛生竹种大木竹、粉单竹、温州水竹、绿竹、麻竹和吊丝丹等竹材各个部位纤维形态和纤维组织比量系统地进行了显微观测和分析。结果表明6种竹材纤维长为2.23~2.68mm,平均2.51mm;纤维宽14.1~16.2μm,平均15.1μm;长宽比为139~175;壁厚4.9~5.7μm;腔径4.2~5.7μm,壁腔比1.9~2.7;纤维组织比量34.2%~45.5%.并发现竹壁中部纤维较长,竹秆中部也有这种倾向;纤维宽度自基部至梢部逐渐变小,径向却以竹壁中部较大,两侧较小,腔径也有类似的变化;纤维组织比量在径向由竹壁外侧至内侧急剧变小,在轴向由基部至梢部逐渐增加。
In this paper, the microscopic observation and analysis of the fiber morphology and fiber tissue ratio of various bamboo species, such as Rhododendron macrophylla, Rhododendron chinense, Wenzhou bamboo, Green bamboo, Rhizoma polygoni cuspidatum and Thunb bamboo in Zhejiang Province, were conducted systematically. The results showed that the length of the six kinds of bamboo fibers was 2.23-2.68mm with an average of 2.51mm, the fiber width was 14.1-16.2μm with an average of 15.1μm, the aspect ratio was 139-175, the wall thickness was 4.9-5.7μm, the cavity diameter was 4.2-5.7μm, The wall cavity ratio is 1.9-2.7, the ratio of fibrous tissue is 34.2% -45.5% .It is also found that the middle part of the bamboo wall has a long fiber length and the middle part of the bamboo stalk also has this tendency. The width of the fiber gradually decreases from the base to the tip, The middle part of the wall is larger, the smaller the two sides, and the similar changes of the lumen diameter. The ratio of fibrous tissue in the radial direction decreases sharply from the outside to the inside of the bamboo wall and gradually increases from the base to the tip in the axial direction.
