合作学习是“实践法学教育”中对应的新型学习方法,在国内法学教育中的实践和研究相对较少。本文从合作学习法在高职法学教育中运用的意义和具体规划等方面进行说明:“合作学习法”是以“学生的学法”为具体研究内容,突出学生以小组形式的参与性学习和合作性学习,以学生学法的改变来促成教学方法的改变,符合“学生主体、教师主导”的现代教育观。
Cooperative learning is a new learning method corresponding to “Law Education in Practice”, and there are relatively few practices and researches in domestic legal education.
