《深冷技术》是由杭州制氧机研究所主办的为空分制氧与低温工程服务的专业性科技刊物。根据邮电部关于“1986年杂志发行量在一万份以下的原则上停止邮发”的新规定及其他有关情况,经所部研究决定,《深冷技术》1986年改为内部发行。编辑方针与宗旨不变,并将进一步增加信息报道量和根据读者意见办好刊物。
“Cryogenic Technology” is a professional scientific journal organized by the Hangzhou Oxygen Concentrator Institute for air separation, oxygen and cryogenic engineering. According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on the “Stop mail issuance of less than 10,000 copies of magazines in 1986” and other relevant circumstances, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications decided that the “Cryogenic Technology” was changed to an internal issue in 1986. The editorial policy and purpose are unchanged, and will further increase the amount of information reported and publish the publication according to readers’ opinions.
