原机械工业部管理科学研究所与特大型企业——陕西彩色显像管总厂合作,在该厂第二总装配厂投产之前,依据其工厂设计、工艺流程、平面布置图、生产纲领、设备清单等有关资料,运用工作研究、动作分析、作业评价等方法进行岗位定员和岗位评定,完成了二总装厂的管理系统设计和生产组织设计,取得了较好的效果。投产后的实践验证,原定员和岗位评定工作是合适的。采用动作分析方法所确定的人员总数比该厂在中日第四次
The Management Science Research Institute of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry cooperated with the super large enterprise, the Shaanxi Color Picture Tube Plant, before the second general assembly plant of the plant was put into production, according to its plant design, process flow, floor plan, production plan, equipment list, etc. With regard to the relevant materials, job assignment, job analysis, job evaluation, and other methods were used for job assignment and job evaluation. The management system design and production organization design of the second general assembly plant were completed, and good results were achieved. After the actual verification of the production, the original staff and job evaluation work is appropriate. The total number of people determined by the action analysis method is the fourth time that the plant is in China and Japan.
