2016年10月28日,“电子元器件质量保证联合试验室”成立会在京举行,此试验室由中国航天标准化与产品保证研究院联合中国人民解放军海军某检测中心共同成立。双方探讨了此试验室在电子元器件质量与可靠性保证技术研究、军用电子元器件的鉴定、检测、筛选,3A等试验及方法研究,宇航高可靠元器件的标准验证、检测评价试验及方法研究等多方面的合作业务,共同签署了《电子元器件质量保证联合试验室合作框架协议》,并进行了联合试验室揭牌仪式。此试验室的成立,为双方开展深入合作奠定了基础,也为我院在元器件保证任务中创新发展
On October 28, 2016, the founding of the Joint Laboratory for Electronic Component Quality Assurance will be held in Beijing. The laboratory was jointly established by China Academy of Aerospace Standardization and Product Assurance Institute and a Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy testing center. The two sides discussed the laboratory in the electronic components quality and reliability assurance technology research, military electronic components identification, testing, screening, 3A and other tests and methods, Aerospace high reliability components of the standard verification, testing and evaluation tests and methods Research and other cooperation in various fields, jointly signed the “Joint Electronic Components Quality Assurance Laboratory Framework Agreement” and conducted a joint laboratory unveiling ceremony. The establishment of this laboratory has laid the foundation for further cooperation between the two parties and also provided innovative development for our hospital in the task of component assurance
