目的 :了解河北地区杀虫植物资源概况 ,寻找和开发本省植物性杀 (抑 )虫剂。方法 :丙酮和植物干粉按 6∶1的比例浸泡提取 ,提取液以水稀释 30倍和 10 0倍浸渍处理淡色库蚊Ⅲ~Ⅳ龄幼虫。结果 :以 30倍稀释液处理 ,造成蚊幼虫死亡率达 5 0 %以上的植物有 44种 ;以 10 0倍液浸渍 ,造成蚊幼虫死亡率 95 %以上的植物共 7种 ,其中茵陈蒿、薄荷提取液的死亡率达 10 0 % ;试验中发现一些植物提取液对蚊幼虫具有生长发育的抑制作用。结论 :杀虫植物所含成分对不同昆虫生物活性的敏感性不同 ,蒺藜、茵陈蒿、薄荷、佩兰、曼佗罗、艹律 草等植物 ,在防制蚊虫方面具有进一步开发利用的价值。
Objective: To understand the general situation of insecticidal plant resources in Hebei Province and to find and develop the botanical kill (depressant) insecticide in this province. Methods: Acetone and plant dry powder were soaked and soaked in the ratio of 6: 1. The extract was diluted 30-fold with water and immersed in Culex pipiens pallets aged from Ⅲ to Ⅳ. Results: Thirty-four kinds of plants which caused the mortality of mosquito larvae reached 50% or more were treated with 30 times diluted solution. There were 7 kinds of plants that were infested with 10 times of liquid and caused the mortality of mosquito larvae to over 95% , Mint extract mortality rate of 10%; test found that some plant extracts of mosquito larvae have growth and development inhibition. CONCLUSION: Insecticidal plants have different sensitivity to different insects’ biological activities. The plants such as Tribulus terrestris, Artemisia capillaris, Mint, Perrin, Mandellasia and Limegrass have the value of further development and utilization in the control of mosquitoes.
