目的 :探讨不同强度运动与雌激素联合作用对去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠腰椎超微结构的影响。方法 :成年雌性SD大鼠分正常对照组 (SHAM )、骨质疏松对照组 (OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX +ES)、中等强度运动组 (OVX +EX1)、大强度运动组 (OVX +EX2 )、中等强度运动加雌激素组(OVX +ES +EX1)和大强度运动加雌激素组 (OVX +ES +EX2 )。用扫描电镜观察 8周不同强度运动及运动和雌激素联合作用对腰椎松质骨的影响。结果 :两个运动加雌激素组腰椎骨小梁数量较两个单纯运动组、雌激素对照组及骨质疏松对照组增多 ,骨小梁表面吸收面减少 ,胶原排列规律、整齐。大强度运动组骨小梁发生板结、出现微骨折且空间结构被破坏。结论 :雌激素和运动联合作用比单纯用药或单纯运动能起到更好的预防椎体骨丢失及改善椎体超微结构的作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of different intensity exercise and estrogen on the ultrastructure of lumbar vertebrae in rats with osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy. Methods: Adult female Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group (SHAM), osteoporosis control group (OVX), estrogen control group (OVX + ES), moderate intensity exercise group (OVX + EX1), intensive exercise group + EX2), moderate-intensity exercise plus estrogen (OVX + ES + EX1) and high-intensity exercise plus estrogen (OVX + ES + EX2). Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the effects of different intensities of exercise and estrogen on the cancellous bone of the lumbar vertebrae at 8 weeks. Results: The number of trabecular bone in the lumbar vertebrae of two exercise plus estrogen groups increased more than that of the two simple exercise groups, the estrogen control group and the osteoporosis control group, the absorption surface of the trabecular bone decreased, the arrangement of collagen was regular and neat. High-intensity exercise group trabecular bone plate, micro-fractures and the spatial structure is destroyed. Conclusion: The combination of estrogen and exercise can better prevent the loss of vertebral bone and improve the ultrastructure of vertebral body than that of pure drug or simple exercise
