[目的]观察中药离子导入联合常规治疗肝郁脾虚慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院和门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例抗病毒、护肝降酶、中药对症等常规治疗。治疗组30例肝病治疗仪中药离子导入。选穴:阳陵泉、足三里、阴陵泉、阿是穴、肝俞、期门、章门;离子导入:柴胡、白术各150g,水煎350m L,放入烧杯中,通过电热恒温水箱加热至100℃浓缩成300m L,10m L/次,用2×2cm纱布浸取药汁贴于肝病治疗仪电极板上,嘱患者平卧位或坐位,照上述穴位放置,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三个频率交替使用,以Ⅰ频为主,30min/次,1次/d,6次/周;常规治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBIL)、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈7例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈4例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状积分、肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBIL)两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药离子导入联合常规治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with routine treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver depression and spleen deficiency. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 7 cases were cured, 21 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 20 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Clinical symptom score, liver function indexes (ALT, AST, TBIL) were improved in both groups (P <0.01), treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with conventional treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
