建立了原子荧光法测定合金结构钢中砷的方法。用硝酸溶解样品,选择PSA固相萃取柱去除消解液中金属,在对仪器条件优化的基础上采用原子荧光法对合金结构钢中痕量砷进行分析。砷的质量浓度在0.00~15.0μg/L范围内与荧光强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9993,测得合金结构钢标准样品中砷含量在定值范围内,7次测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%,该方法操作简便,检出限低,精密度和准确度高,适用于金属材料中砷的测定。
A method for the determination of arsenic in alloy steel by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The sample was dissolved with nitric acid, and the PSA solid-phase extraction column was used to remove the metal from the digestion solution. The trace amounts of arsenic in the alloy steel were analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after optimization of the instrument conditions. The concentration of arsenic in the range of 0.00 ~ 15.0μg / L has a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9993. The standard deviation of arsenic in the standard structural steel samples is within the range of the standard value. The relative standard deviations Less than 3%, the method is simple, low detection limit, precision and accuracy, suitable for determination of arsenic in metallic materials.
