本文从常规心电图资料中随机抽取1200份心电图测量PTFV_1,其中发现PTFV_1≤-0.02mms者245例,检出率20.4％,男220例,女25例年龄49-82(58±12)岁。其基本疾病以冠心病者最多85例,(34.7％)其次是冠心病合并高血压者68例(27.8％)。高血压病者41例(16.7％),心肌梗塞者16例(6.5％),慢性支气管炎并肺气肿者10例(4.1％)。风湿性心脏病
In this paper, 1200 electrocardiogram PTFV_1 were randomly selected from routine electrocardiogram data. Among them, 245 cases were found with PTFV_1≤-0.02mms, the detection rate was 20.4%. There were 220 males and 25 females aged 49-82 years (58 ± 12 years). The basic disease in patients with coronary heart disease up to 85 cases (34.7%) followed by coronary heart disease with hypertension in 68 cases (27.8%). 41 (16.7%) were hypertensive, 16 (6.5%) were myocardial infarction, and 10 (4.1%) were chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
