国内打桩船桩架的变幅升降,过去都是采用电动卷扬机卷绕钢丝绳拖动的机械式升降机构.其缺点是需做较多的辅助工作,工作效率很低,打斜桩时桩架的角度调整很困难.采用液压传动的桩架变幅机构则可省去升降桩架的辅助工作,调整桩架角度方便,工作效率大大提高;且具有工作平稳、结构轻便、安全可靠的优点,从而提高了打桩船的自动化程度.图51是桩架的三种工况.从图51上我们可以看出,桩架的重心有偏移,且由于桩架、桩锤、桩体加在一起具有相当大的重力,而引起桩架分别出现前倾和后倾的趋势.这就对液压系统提出了特殊的要求.
